Hadith on Arrogance: Whoever exalts himself will find that Allah is angry with him

Ibn Umar reported: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say, “Whoever exalts himself or carries himself with arrogance, then he will meet Allah while He is angry with him.”

ابْنَ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَنْ تَعَظَّمَ فِي نَفْسِهِ أَوْ اخْتَالَ فِي مِشْيَتِهِ لَقِيَ اللَّهَ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ غَضْبَانُ
