Aisha reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, performed a deed and made a concession regarding it. The news reached some of the companions and they did not approve of it and
continued to avoid it. The Prophet was informed about this, so he stood to deliver an address and he said, “What is wrong with the people concerning the matter in which I granted permission, yet they disapproved and still avoided it? By Allah, I have the more knowledge than them about Allah and I am stronger than them in my fear of Allah.”
