Hadith on Marriage: The Prophet would play games, be kind and have fun with his wives

Aisha reported: She was with the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, while on a journey. She said, “I raced him on foot and I outran him, but when I gained some weight, I raced him again and he outran me. He
said: this is for that race.”

[Sunan Abu Dawud, Book of Jihad, Number 2578, Sahih]

Ibn Kathir said, “It was the character of the Prophet to live in a beautiful way with them, being cheerful and kind to them, generously spending for them, and laughing with his wives.”
