Hadith on Mercy: Be merciful to the people of the earth, the people of heaven will have mercy on you

Abdullah ibn Amr reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Those who are merciful will be shown mercy by the Most Merciful; be merciful to the people of the earth and the people of heaven
will have mercy on you. The womb is derived from the Most Merciful, so whoever maintains its relations will be maintained, and whoever cuts off its relations will be cut off.”

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الرَّاحِمُونَ يَرْحَمُهُمْ الرَّحْمَنُ ارْحَمُوا أَهْلَ الْأَرْضِ يَرْحَمْكُمْ أَهْلُ السَّمَاءِ وَالرَّحِمُ شُجْنَةٌ مِنْ الرَّحْمَنِ مَنْ وَصَلَهَا وَصَلَتْهُ وَمَنْ قَطَعَهَا بَتَّتْهُ
